To My Abuser

To my abuser that raped me and abused me for two nights three years ago, I have forgiven you a long time ago and it took a lot of courage and humility to do so because I hated you for a long time and it got to the point my hatred towards you was consuming me and killing me inside, I had become a toxic and negative person to the point that it caused me to have a panic attack that I thought I was dying. I am forgiving you because God and Jesus want me to and I want to so I can move on. I know you are a very tormented soul because of pass trauma and abuse but remember I never abused you or harmed you if anything I treated you like a human being without agenda or judgment, but I realize now you are not well and it was a demon inside of you that caused you to harm me the way that you did. I pray that God may deliver you from that demon that is tormenting you because you will be alone for the rest of your life. I stood up to you because I wanted you to leave me alone. I wish things would have been different and the situation would have been resolved diplomatically but I know I cannot change the past.
I really hope to God Jesus heals you and you can atone for your sins and atone for what you did to me, my mom and my ex fiancee. As the Bible says love your enemies and pray for those that persecute you. That's what I am doing for you I am praying for you to change.

You Are What You Eat 

If you ever heard the saying, "You are what you eat" there is a lot of truth to that. What we put in our bodies determines if we get nutrients or we get bad calories and junk into our system. Clean Food is fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, nuts and natural oils. These clean foods keep are bodies going and repairs our bodies and immune systems in order to fight disease and keep ourselves healthy and have maintenance. Dirty Food is all the processed foods that are high in saturated fats, refined sugars and salts and they don't have the nutrients that clean fresh food has so those food have no nutritional value and those are the foods that are making people sick. 

Our bodies thrive by consuming the right foods and our bodies go into a slump when we eat the bad ones, its all about choices we make and those choices have life style consequences. Our country has the worse health problems than any other major developed country and most Americans are not getting the proper nutrition they need, the major factor is economical because of low salaries most lower income families cannot afford basic food to cover their basic necessities and most people choose what is cheaper and cheaper isn't the best. 

Most people don't know that the government heavily subsidizes processed foods while food that is organic and Non-GMO isn't making it more expensive. Its a form of population control so people get sick and people have to rely on doctors and the pharmaceutical companies which could have been prevented through diet and preventive medicine. There is a recent movement in California and its spreading to the rest of the country slowly and many people are getting away from processed foods and turning to clean and raw live foods that is helping them stay healthy and be healthy. 

Eating healthy isn't expensive as most people think and its easy, you can start by buying fruits and vegetables and including them in your daily meals, like fruit for breakfast and vegetables for lunch and dinner and of you are thinking of going vegetarian or vegan mix in enough nuts, seeds and plant based protein into your diet so you won't get sick because of lack of protein in your diet. Drink plenty of water and exercise and take vitamins and most importantly keep stress to a minimum.

I Was saved by the grace of Jesus Christ

I never thought I would be writing this but I was saved by the blood of Jesus Christ on August 19th 2019, prior to this date I was Jewish by Religion and Birth I hated Jesus, Christianity, Gentiles, Christians and people in general. Because of circumstances in my life my ex fiancee leaving me, a crazy stalker woman that took me to court and almost destroying me and so many people that I thought were my friends left me so I was bitter and angry at everyone and the world. I hated the world, white people, women, Christians everyone and I had become bitter and angry and I was becoming myself to the point that I was pushing people away, I was self medicating with sodas, sugar emotional and binge eating and I wasn't sleeping or taking care of myself I was self-destructing and I wasn't aware of it. 

On the 3rd of August I almost choked on a piece of lettuce and I became paranoid and then on the 19th of August I almost choked on taking my vitamins and my blood pressure went up to 150 and I got scared I was sweating, cold sweats and my mind was all over the place I thought I was having either a heart attack or a stroke and I thought I was going to die it was the first time I got scared of dying like actually dying. My mother nursed me back to health she is a natural nutritionist so she gave me a detox of sugar and I drank water and eat nothing but fruits and vegetables for a week, the following day on the 19th I went to my room in private with my stuffed duck I cried like a baby to God and I asked him to forgive me of my sins and to give all my hatred, anger, resentment and unforgiveness towards my abuser and my enemies and for the time in my life I had true peace, my blood pressure stabilized I went to the doctor the next day he did tests on me from a EKG, blood and urine tests and a ultra sound of my thyroid thanks to God I came out all clean he said I had a panic attack caused by extreme stress so he recommended to me to control my stress and not worry for little things and make some changes to my lifestyles which I did. 

I believe the panic attack was a blessing because Jesus was calling me to be healed and to be pain free and to let go of the hurt I was going through for 3 + years I wasn't hurting anyone but myself and it was killing me inside. Being mentally healthy is just as important as being physically healthy because if your mind goes bad your body goes with it, remember the mind is the computer of the body both go together. It doesn't matter where you been in life or what you've done, Jesus loves you and cares for you and he is waiting for you with open arms. 

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son that whomever believes in him shall not perish but will have everlasting life. 

Tomi Lahren and Evangelical Christianity as White European and American

 Tomi Lahren Spoke at Liberty University on Christianity, Trump, Guns & The Cult of Personality.

 Watching Tomi Lahren speaking at Liberty University, a private evangelical christian school. What I noticed that everyone in the audience were all white and not one single person was Hispanic or Black.
The only thing she is spewing is hatred and stupidity and using the podium as a vocal point to promote the cult of personality of Trump and very critical of Liberals, Minorities, Hispanics, Gays and Jews and Muslims as well as Democrats but never critical of Donald Trump, Republicans or Christianity as a whole.
This is one of the reasons why I loathe Evangelical Christianity because they want to unite Church and State and the worship of country and the constitution and making God and American as synonymous, Jesus Christ himself was against Church and State togetherness and mixing commerce and religion and telling his disciples to pay taxes and to obey government and against Christians bearing arms.
Here are Bible Verses that Christians don't follow or they ignore as a Jew I know them very well.

Submission to Governing Authorities
13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God’s servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. 5 Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also as a matter of conscience.
6 This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God’s servants, who give their full time to governing. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

Tomi Lahren is a hypocrite and a phony and not having Christian Love, doesn't know God, doesn't know have the attributes of God and she worships Trump as God more than she worships the Creator in heaven. If I had the opportunity to speak with her and debate her I would show her these verses. People like her is why I don't worship Jesus or follow him because they have made Jesus Christ into a Capitalist, White European and a religion of White People religion for White Europeans and believe me I don't want any part of them.

Syria: Syrian Crisis

Syrian Showdown 

Tensions are at all time high with the ongoing civil war in Syria, which has been raging since 2011. President Bashar al-Asaad has been refusing to step down from U.S. and UN demands to stop committing acts of genocide against his own people, President Donald Trump has warned on a preeminent strike against Syria and has given a warning to Russia that they too might face U.S. wrath. 

There is a critical danger of the futility of Donald Trump's lack of experience and commonsense on geopolitical issues and the consequences from a military strike against Syria. For one thing, Syria isn't Iraq, Syria has the backing of Russia and China, two Superpowers that can be a show of force to the Unites States.

Bashar al-Assad is not a good guy in any way shape or form but again the United States messes up with their foreign policy, whatever Asaad is doing is a internal problem within Syria he is not threatening his neighbors or the world and Syria doesn't have WMDs as bad as he is he is part of the checks and balances in the region. By removing him from power creates a power vacuum and more instability in a already unstable region of the world that most of the wars are caused by religion and geopolitical factions, certain autocrats keeps stability and certain groups in check.

The United States cannot afford another war that will defiantly cost millions of lives to be lost and bring the world to bring of WW3. We need to resolve the Syrian Crisis through diplomacy and through more sanctions and more pressure. The only people that will be affected will be the Syrian people whom has no fault in what Assad is doing.

The Syrian people are the only ones that have the power and the right to decide what to do with Assad NOT the United States, Russia or China. When others meddle in the internal affairs of the Arabs the end result is being stung repeatedly like bees sting a bear when the bear tries to eat the honey from the beehive.





  

China Lawmakers Abolish Term Limits

Jinping: President for Life 

Chinese Parliament recently passed a bill removing term limits on President Xi Jinping allowing him to rule indefinitely. It was a surprised to many because China has played around with Presidents for Life and it has brought consequences in many ways. 

Chairman Mao Zetung ruled China from 1949 to 1975 and it wasn't until Mao's death is when China was finally able to make economic reforms and open the country to foreign investment and create economic growth.

China has had different presidents chosen by the Chinese Communist Party to the lead the country and they had term limits to put checks and balances on power so all the power doesn't vest in one person.

By China making this sudden change can have dire consequences for the country and for its citizens. Xi is not like Mao in the way that he brought famine and millions of people dying of starvation and I believe he is a more pragmatic leader than Mao but he wants to go down in history as the man that brought the "Chinese Dream" a term that has been associated with Xi on creating China into a rich and prosperous society within the socialist realm. 

The Chinese people see themselves as a world power and as a rich and powerful country that has influence on a global scale and they want to exercise that influence around the world even if it means not having real democracy or having limits on absolute power. In many ways it will hurt China's image as a civilized country and as the world's largest economy.
