The Rich are the poison, the scum and the evil of this world. They are responsible for 99% of the world's suffering, they exploit the masses, the poor, they use their money and influence to manipulate government so they can do what they want without repercussions. 

Revolutions and Uprising start because the people cannot take anymore abuse from the rich and people take to the streets and fight and overthrow the evil and corrupt powers to be. 

The people, the masses will not take anymore abuse and oppression from the Rich and special interest groups and they will unite with the workers of the world to form a global and universal revolution to remove those in power and to liberate those that have suffered for so long. 

The people are taking back their communities and their countries back and letting the Elite 1% of the world that we are not having it and if they think they can use fear, intimidation, violence and the corrupt police to silence us then they are sadly mistaken because our time to rise is NOW!!!

This week's attack on at a Hannukah Celebration in New York by a man wielding a machete is raising questions about attacks on Jews everywhere. 

The Jewish Community wants to label everything as Antisemitism and there is pressure on behalf of the local authorities to prosecute people that attack Jews at their homes, synagogues and cultural centers etc. 

Unfortunately when these things happened to Jews and to the community the Jewish Community gets paranoid and they start to behave in very negative ways towards people that have done nothing to them and it causes a backlash and more hatred and resentment. One thing is to be cautious another thing is to judge everyone as an Antisemite especially when others haven't given any reason to. 

If Jews want to command respect from the Nations and Gentiles they have to earn it not force it on people or use their political clout to make politicians and authorities to make people respect them because history has shown us time and time again when Jews get away from God, Torah and Halacha it causes the Nations to be provoked in anger and this is the end result innocent people getting killed or harmed. 

Jews are to be a beacon of light unto the world and you show that example by being holy, having Emumah, Chesed, doing Tdezaka, loving the Gentiles, not exploiting them and most importantly treating others with respect and dignity because all human beings when treated with kindness and compassion 90% of the time they will respond in kind.

Women that are crazy will always be alone and stay alone and due to their craziness they will push people away. 

Most crazy women suffer from at least a few personality disorders ranging from Histrionic Personality, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Grandiosity Complex just to name a few. 

Mental Illness has become a commonplace among women there due to past sexual, emotional, physical and psychological abuse and because of those past traumas many of these women become so broken that they feel they have to be the center or attention so they act out and when they don't get that attention they become vicious. 

These types of women are to be left alone, if you see them acting out or becoming too possessive just run, don't bother to fix them or try to figure them out, they can harm or even kill. Leave them be, always watch how they act and behave and use proper judgement.

By the grace of God, This has been a excellent and wonderful year, I got rid of a lot of baggage, made lifestyle and dietary changes and I have a new purpose in life. I am single, I am free, I am not tied or bounded to any woman or anyone, I don't owe child support or spousal support and I don't have fake friends or phony people around me anymore. Next year will be even better.

 2019 has been a very good year for me so far except for a few minor setbacks, I finally was able to move on from my past that was a baggage I had for almost 4 years and I was finally able to let it go and throw it into the fire, my health and my body has improved a lot, my relationships have improved and my relationship with God has improved, ever since I became a Christian I feel many good things have come to me, I no longer have anger, hatred, unforgiveness and resentment towards my enemies and people from my past, it doesn't mean they will be part of my life again but I don't have to hold on to the hatred that was consuming inside for so long I could finally let it go. 

2020 will be a new beginning for me and for my life I have planned many things and I look forward to new projects and a new future for myself, I am now focused on myself, building a future for myself and by myself. You don't need anyone to make you happy only you can make yourself happy and through God everything will come into place if you put your trust and confidence  in him, money, material things, power, people will never give you the joy that God can give you through his son Jesus Christ. 

Education is Vital For One's Own Survival

I've spoken to people that are minorities in other countries and they have told me that education is very important and it's vital to their survival. 

The two minorities in the United States are still among the poorest and the least educated and with the most menial jobs given to them, why is that? Because they don't value education nor do they believe it's vital for their future or survival as a people or a community. 

Education serves as a protection in order not be oppressed or marginalized by the majority in the country and as a way to survive if one needs to leave or move out from where they're from. It's slowly changing and many of the younger generation are educating themselves and taking seriously that education is the ticket to a better future and a better life and to break the cycle of poverty, violence and death at a early age. But we still have a long way to go. I urge parents and leaders of the United States two minorities to invest in your children's future and have your priorities in order because you are investing not in your children's future but in your own future and the next generations future.

Donald J Trump becomes the third president in U.S. history to be impeached. Will he be removed from office? We don't know what I do know is no man is above the law and Trump was taking privileges that where getting abusive and was breaking so many laws and doing a lot of things that were unethical and immoral.

What the Bible say? The bible tells us not to trust in man or in government but in God alone because men lie, cheat, steal and become corrupt.

I hope many Christians and Jews reevaluate themselves and look at God and not at Trump who many Churches and Synagogues and Pastors and Rabbis were idolizing as the second coming of the Messiah. Lesson be learned

The Conservative Party won by a landslide and the Labour Party lost their power and Boris Johnson is U.K.'s newly re-elected prime minister. 

Who is Boris Johnson? 

Boris Johnson is a Populist and a Unionist that favors British Unity and opposes Scottish Independence and opposes Immigration and Refugees which were one of the reasons why British opted to succeed from the EU. 

Many people in Britain feel that they have neglected by the government and have been left behind by the deindustrialization of many parts of Britain and economic problems that many people have. 

If Boris Johnson continues the way that he's going Britain could break apart into 3 separate countries, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland has a strong desire to reunite with Ireland and remain in the EU.  

Britain will lose influence and become a insignificant country similar to Denmark or Netherlands and it's possible the Monarchy could crumble and the Queen may be ousted and England be declared a republic. 

Boris Johnson could go down in history as the man who led Breixit or the leader that led to the collapse and breakup of the United Kingdom, only time will tell.

One of the signs of a healthy church is when the congregation grows spiritually, physically and most importantly there is love for one another. 

Signs of a toxic church when there is division, hatred, complaining, gossipping, adultery, sexual immorality and lack of unity and the lack of love and disrespect among the brethren. 

Unfortunately many churches become toxic and fail and disband when you have poor leadership, a church's lifeline lies with the Pastor, Priest, Elder etc. We have to look towards Scripture to show us what makes a church spiritually healthy and functional;

3 Here is a trustworthy saying: Whoever aspires to be an overseer desires a noble task. 2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. 4 He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him, and he must do so in a manner worthy of full[a] respect. 5 (If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God’s church?) 6 He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil. 7 He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil’s trap.

8 In the same way, deacons[b] are to be worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. 9 They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience. 10 They must first be tested; and then if there is nothing against them, let them serve as deacons.

Remember brothers and sisters, if you see a church that has a lot of problems internally or the leadership is lacking discipline and structure and there is no love among each other its the Holy Spirit telling you to leave you don't belong there. Always let the Holy Spirit guide you to the right church where the spirit of God, as the scripture says when there are three or four gathered in my name I will be there and dwell with you.

Princess Elsa of Frozen

I am not usually a fan of Disney Princesses but I have become very infatuated with Elsa from the movie Frozen. I saw the movie last month and I totally fell in love with the character, she is sweet, kind, compassionate, selfless and a strong woman. 

She is so pretty and perfect looking, she has a celestial look to her, an angelic face, icy blue eyes, milky white skin and has powers from the elements of ice which she controls at will. She was originally based off a Hans Christian Anderson Tale called "The Snow Queen" .

I am learning what I can from the character through the films, books, stories and the internet. I have dreams about her a lot because being married to her and being a big castle and living a safe and happy life which I yearn for. My friend from Norway sent me this artwork as a gift and it made me happy and smile. I thank her for thinking of me and sharing this to me it means a lot to me from the bottom of my heart :).

I didn't understand what a panic attack was until I had one 4 months ago on August 17th 2019, I was at home taking my vitamins when I felt my blood pressure go through the roof I didn't feel well and my body collapsed and I felt a tingling sensation in my left arm I felt I was either having a heart attack or a stroke my mother checked my blood pressure and it was 160 over 100 and my plus was 109 I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep and I lost 20 lbs, I couldn't really swallow anything and I had acid re flux for a week. 

I went to urgent care the next day and did a check up with the doctor they ran tests, my blood, urine and EKG and Ultra sound by the grace of God I came out okay my Doctor told me I didn't have a stroke or a heart attack what I had was a panic attack that can mimic physical symptoms, he advised me to do lifestyle changes and to manage my stress which I did. 

Since then I understand what a panic attack is and how to deal with it and to better mange it, I have been getting mental and psychological help for the past 4 years and my therapist told me the same thing it was caused by psychological shift in my mind which I was moving on but my mind was scared because it was different and my mind and subconscious was going back and forth and it triggered the panic attack and its common for people of mental and sexual abuse and those with PTSD. 

I have a lot of compassion and empathy towards those who surfer from this condition its very real and it deeply effects people that go through on a daily basis, many don't know what to do and it can be very scary and very real because your thoughts give you endless threats and irrational fear of dying or impeding doom. 

To those who suffer from Panic and Anxiety attacks I feel you and understand what you are going through you're not alone and don't feel stigmatized by society because they don't understand what they don't know its a disorder like any other disorder and there needs to be compassion and understanding, people don't want to feel this way its not a good feeling and its not seeking attention or acting out its a very real thing. Just build a network where people understand you and have compassion and empathy and always seek the help of a counselor and have a healthy and productive lifestyle through diet, exercise and stress management.
